Today’s craft idea, “Mom You Are My Sunshine” is sure to bring excitement, joy, and happiness both in the creation of it as well as in its presentable form! However, if you're newer to the world of SVG, Cheryl, over at That's What Che Said has an easy-to-follow guide on How to Use SVG Files.
All of my SVG and cut file designs that I share here on I Should Be Mopping the Floor are created for those who are *somewhat* familiar with using SVG files already. Mandy is the blogger behind Sugar Bee Crafts. 
However, I'm a Silhouette user and always refer to Mandy's helpful HTV video here. There is a Cricut-specific guide on how to do this here. And be sure to cut on the "wrong side" of the HTV.
If you are using heat transfer vinyl for a fabric project, don't forget to both reverse the design within your design software. Personally, I think using this file on a pillow is pretty cute.especially for a kid's room. But regular crafting vinyl can create some adorable signs and mugs with this same design, too. I use heat transfer vinyl for kitchen towels, pillows, tote bags, blankets, and t-shirts. There are lots of crafting projects to be done with this one, y'all! This You are My Sunshine SVG file is compatible with regular paper, cardstock, crafting vinyl, and heat transfer vinyl (HTV). And be sure to scope out the starter bundle for that Cricut on Amazon here. Personally, I am not familiar with the Cricut, but my friend, Amy (she blogs over at The Happy Scraps ) has a great post about the Cricut Explore Air 2 here. I have a lot of blog friends who use the Cricut brand cutter.
